My two dear friends were married last month (March 2012) on Orcas Island, Washington. It was a breath taking rainy, Forrest ceremony. Picturesque Washington wedding on the San Juan Islands. And their reception was at The Outlook Inn on Orcas. Leah and her love Simon are both native Australian, but met and fell in love in Vancouver Canada. So many memories were made road tripping down to Seattle to come see all their friends, that they decided that there wasn’t a better place to get married then Washington! I enjoyed every moment of this magical day. I hope that you enjoy the photos.

These two make such an adorable couple, and they are just infectiously in love. It was such a treat to take their engagement photos. They are getting married in France September of this year (2012), and sadly I won’t be able to be there. I’m just grateful that I got the chance to work with these two love birds either way. Congratulations on your engagement Alexandre + Liz! I really enjoyed my time with you both.

Carrie and Scott are an adorable couple that are getting married 2013 at Disneyland! Mike and I are so excited about this wedding, so we thought we’d share their engagement photos with you. Enjoy!

This engagement session was a lot of fun! Lacey was able to get us a private session at Seattle’s Egyptian Theater for an afternoon! It was nice to be able to photograph this couple where they spend a lot of their evenings, at the cinema! I’m really excited for their September wedding, I can hardly wait. They are such sweethearts, so lovely and perfect for each other.

What an epic day. Conditions with perfect, sunny weather (though it was very cold for this north western girl!), in the fantastic city of Minneapolis, lovely family, incredible venue – McNamara Alumni Center — University of Minnesota……and what a stunning couple! Abigail’s wedding dress is from BHLD, Anthropologie’s Bridal Line….and it was gorgeous! The ceremony was a tear jerker! And we had a blast at the reception, great music! These two love birds have great taste! Enjoy the photos!

This was be far one of our favorite weddings that we shot in 2011! Patrick+Linda are the sweetest people and such an adorable couple. The day was full laughs, tears, bikes, fantastic dancing, a French Bulldog, Skillet for dinner and just fun fun fun! The couple and all their guests decked out their beach cruiser, and had a bike parade through the happy little town of Seabrook, Washington!! We joined along on our cruisers, and just had a blast!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for a wedding in Seattle! Blue skies, bushy clouds and a light breeze….completely ideal. Not to mention these two gorgeous love birds Rachel and Joe! Their delightful wedding took place at Sodo Park in South Seattle, with Sodo Park’s very own extraordinary caterer Herban Feast! Fantastic flower arrangements by Seattle’s own Willow & Bloom. R+J’s wedding was a classically elegant, romantic, vintage inspired Seattle wedding. We had such a good time at this wedding, we wish that we could do it all again! Enjoy!

What a cool couple of people! We had an incredible time at this wedding! Michael and I love working with all the people down at the Georgetown Ballroom, especially our dear friend who is the owner of the GBT -Jerry Chinn. What an amazing man! The wedding was intricately decorated with Irish and Mexican heritage and memorabilia. What stood out the strongest to me was the accents of “Della Morte”, Spanish for “day of the dead”. You’ll see below with their cake topper!

This was a fantastic fall California wedding, we couldn’t have asked for a better day! It was in Northern California, Petaluma to be exact! Warm and sunny country style backyard wedding, with a vintage flare. Myself, Amber French and my wonderful husband and second shooter Michael Sessa had a simply incredible day with these two love birds!!
